CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION Wispy K’s Esthetics requires 24 hours’ notice via phone call or voicemail to the salon prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of half the amount of the service scheduled charged to your debit or credit card on file. NO KIDS, NO EXTRA PEOPLE NO CALL/NO SHOW NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS!!!!! LATE ARRIVALS If you’re running late please notify as soon as possible. After 7 minutes an additional $15 fee be added to your total. After 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay the cancellation fee before rescheduling. LASH HYGIENE Please come to your appointments with clean face and eyelashes. Doing so will not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes also have the best retention. If you are unable to do so, your stylist can wash your eyelashes for you, however, this will limit the amount of time spent on your fill or full set.
